Processing Time: 2–3 business days. Some orders may ship from local warehouses in the US, UK, and select EU countries. If a local warehouse is out of stock, we’ll dispatch from the nearest international hub to minimize delays.
Duties & Taxes: We strive to include duties and VAT for most destinations. Because local customs rules vary and may change, a small number of countries may still collect limited local fees upon delivery. These cases are uncommon and set by local authorities.

- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with receipt. Sale items are not eligible.
- For non-defective returns, customer pays return shipping.
- Damaged/defective items: contact us with order number, proof of purchase, and photos of packaging/product; we’ll replace promptly.
- Refunds: issued within 2–3 business days after we receive & inspect the return (bank processing times may vary).
